Dashboard Overview
The GSEO Dashboard is your central workspace — a single-surface interface where all your brand intelligence lives. It's designed to give you both a high-level overview and deep-dive capabilities without switching between tools.
Layout
The dashboard follows a clean, single-panel design:
- Header — Project name, 3 KPI indicators (GSEO Score, Share of Voice, Sentiment), export button, date range filter, and configuration selector
- Tabs — 8 specialized tabs below the header
- Content — Tab-specific cards, charts, and data tables
- Panels — Slide-over drilldown panels and AI chat panels
The 8 Tabs
| Tab | Purpose | Key Metrics |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | At-a-glance command center | GSEO Score, visibility, sentiment, alerts |
| Brands | Competitive analysis | Share of voice, positioning, head-to-head |
| Prompts | Query-level performance | Per-query metrics, intent distribution |
| Sources | Citation intelligence | Cited domains, source types, diversity |
| Journey | Customer funnel analysis | Stage performance, funnel conversion |
| Content Gaps | Opportunity identification | Gap size, competitor attribution |
| Action Plan | Strategic recommendations | Prioritized actions across 5 pillars |
| Runs | Analysis management | Run history, scheduling, comparison |
KPI Header
Three key metrics are always visible at the top of the dashboard, regardless of which tab you're on:
- GSEO Score — Your composite score (0-100) with a trend indicator (green up arrow = improving, red down arrow = declining)
- Share of Voice — Your brand's percentage of total AI mentions across all competitors
- Sentiment — Your overall sentiment score
Date Range Filter
Filter your dashboard data by time period:
- All time — All analysis runs
- Last 7 days — Recent runs only
- Last 30 days — Past month
- Last 90 days — Past quarter
This affects which runs are included in your metrics and trend calculations.
Configuration Selector
Switch between configurations using the dropdown in the header. Each configuration has completely independent data — switching configurations loads a different set of metrics, trends, and competitive analysis.
