Every card in the GSEO Dashboard has a built-in AI chat panel powered by Google Gemini. It lets you ask questions about your data and get instant, context-aware insights without leaving the dashboard.

How to Use It

Click the sparkle icon on any card header. A chat panel slides in from the right with full context of that card's data already loaded.

What Makes It Contextual

Unlike a generic AI chatbot, EYE's contextual AI chat already knows your data. When you open it on a specific card, the AI has access to:

  • The card's current metrics and data points
  • Your brand and competitor information
  • The specific time period you're viewing
  • Platform-level breakdowns
  • Historical context from previous runs

This means you can ask specific questions without having to explain your data:

Example Questions

On a Brand Visibility card:

  • "Why did my mentions drop this week?"
  • "Which platform is driving the decline?"
  • "How does my visibility compare to last month?"

On a Sentiment card:

  • "What's causing the negative sentiment?"
  • "Is the negative sentiment coming from one platform or all of them?"
  • "What should I do to improve sentiment?"

On a Share of Voice card:

  • "Who's gaining the most share of voice?"
  • "Which queries am I losing to Colgate?"
  • "What would it take to become the category leader?"

On a Journey card:

Conversation Flow

The AI chat supports multi-turn conversations. Ask a question, get an answer, then ask follow-up questions to dig deeper:

The contextual AI chat uses Google Gemini 2.0 Flash for fast, accurate responses. It's optimized for:

  • Data interpretation and trend analysis
  • Competitive insight generation
  • Strategic recommendation
  • Plain-language explanations of complex metrics

The AI chat is designed for quick insights and exploration. For a comprehensive strategic plan, use the Action Plan which analyzes your entire dashboard holistically.

Tips

  • Be specific — "Why did sentiment drop on Claude last week?" gets better answers than "Tell me about sentiment"
  • Ask for actions — "What should I do about this?" generates actionable recommendations
  • Compare — "How does this compare to my competitors?" triggers competitive analysis
  • Explain — "Explain this metric in simple terms" if you need clarification
