Quickstart Guide

Get up and running with EYE in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at eye.synapsedata.cloud (opens in a new tab) with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account and log in.

Step 2: Create a Project

From the Projects page, click New Project. A project is the top-level container for all your brand monitoring.

FieldDescriptionExample
Project nameA descriptive label"Acme CRM — AI Visibility"
Target brandThe company or parent brand"Acme"
Product categoryYour market category"CRM Software"

The project-level brand is the parent company. You'll set the specific product brand in the configuration step.

Step 3: Create a Configuration

Each project can have multiple configurations — each one is an independent analysis setup. Click New Configuration inside your project.

FieldDescriptionExample

Configurations lock after the first analysis run to ensure data consistency across your time series. If you need different settings, create a new configuration.

Step 4: Run Your First Analysis

Click Run Analysis. EYE will:

  1. Generate prompts — Hundreds of relevant queries based on your keywords, category, and competitors
  2. Query AI platforms — Send prompts to all selected platforms simultaneously
  3. Analyze responses — Extract brand mentions, sentiment, positioning, citations, quality, and pricing signals
  4. Calculate scores — Compute your GSEO Score and populate all dashboard metrics
  5. Build insights — Generate alerts, recommendations, and competitive analysis

A typical analysis takes 2-5 minutes depending on the number of platforms and keywords.

Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard

Once the analysis completes, your results appear in the GSEO Dashboard — a single-surface workspace with 8 specialized tabs:

TabWhat You'll Find
OverviewGSEO score, key metrics, alerts, recommendations

Every card supports drilldown panels (click the expand icon) and AI chat (click the sparkle icon) for instant insights.

Step 6: Generate Your Action Plan

Navigate to the Action Plan tab and click Generate Action Plan. The AI analyzes your entire dashboard and produces 15-20 specific, prioritized actions organized into five strategic pillars:

  1. Digital Media
  2. E-commerce
  3. Communication
  4. Business Strategy
  5. Retail Media

Actions are sorted from low-hanging fruit to long-tail strategic plays, each with expected GSEO improvement, ROI projections, effort level, and timeline.
