CSV Export
Download your full dashboard data as a CSV file for custom analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or any data tool.
CSV exports include:
- Brand performance metrics
- Query-level data with intent classification
- Platform breakdowns per brand
- Sentiment scores and distribution
- Mention counts and positions
- Source citations and domain data
How to Export CSV
- Open your project dashboard
- Click the Export button (download icon) in the top-right header
- Select Export CSV
- The file downloads automatically
CSV export is available on the Enterprise plan only.
PDF Reports
Generate formatted PDF reports ready for stakeholder presentations.
PDF reports include:
- Executive summary with key metrics
- GSEO Score breakdown and trend
- Competitive positioning charts
- Sentiment analysis overview
- Share of voice distribution
- Top recommendations
How to Export PDF
- Open your project dashboard
- Click the Export button (download icon) in the top-right header
- Select Export PDF Report
- The report generates and downloads automatically
PDF export is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Export Scope
Exports use the currently selected:
- Configuration — Only data from the active configuration is exported
- Date range — If you've set a date filter (7 days, 30 days, 90 days), the export respects it
White-Label Exports
Enterprise users with white-label branding configured will see their agency branding applied to PDF exports — including custom colors, agency name, and footer text.
