Action Plan

The Action Plan is an AI-generated, board-level strategic playbook that turns your GSEO data into specific, prioritized wins. It's the bridge between understanding your data and actually improving your AI visibility.

How It Works

Click Generate Action Plan in the Action Plan tab. The AI ingests your entire dashboard:

  • GSEO Score and component breakdown
  • Competitive landscape and share of voice
  • Content gaps and missed opportunities
  • Customer journey funnel performance
  • Source citations and influence points
  • Price positioning intelligence
  • Historical evolution and competitor momentum

From all of this, it produces 15-20 hyper-specific actions — not generic advice, but concrete steps referencing your actual data, competitors, and market.

Priority Scoring

Actions are sorted by priority score (highest first), calculated as an impact-to-effort ratio:

  • 90-100 — Critical impact, low effort. Do these immediately.
  • 70-89 — High impact, moderate effort. Schedule these next.
  • 50-69 — Medium impact or higher effort. Plan for these.
  • Below 50 — Long-tail strategic plays. Important but not urgent.

Start from the top of the list and work down. The first 3-5 actions are your low-hanging fruit — high impact with minimal effort.

Status Tracking

Each action has a status workflow:

Update statuses directly in the Action Plan tab to track your progress.

Trend-Aware Intelligence

The Action Plan analyzes historical evolution across all your runs:

  • Competitor momentum — If a competitor's mentions grew +40%, the plan creates urgent defensive actions
  • Score trends — If your GSEO score is declining, it prioritizes reversal actions
  • Market shifts — If a new competitor is emerging, it creates pre-emptive actions
  • Acceleration plays — If you're gaining ground, it recommends actions to extend the lead

Regeneration

Click Generate Action Plan at any time to create a fresh plan based on your latest data. The previous plan is replaced with new actions reflecting your current situation.

⚠️

Regenerating replaces your existing plan. Make sure to note any completed actions or in-progress work before regenerating.
